How To Send Canned Replies From Live Chat?

1. Click on Go To CRM

2. Click on Live Chat

3. Select the desired Chat to whom you want to send canned replies.

4. Click on Highlight.

Canned replies can be sent to the desired Chat only when the session is active for that particular Chat.

Session Message: A messaging session starts when the user sends you a message and lasts for 24 hours in the most recently received message.

Click on Highlight.

5. Select the canned reply and simply Click on it.
